How does the interior design consultation work?
The complimentary consultation will take place as a Google Meet video call. Before the scheduled consultation, you will receive a link via email to enable you to join the call at the time of your consultation.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam mailbox. If the link has not arrived, please contact us directly on 020 3370 4784 (please note that phones are answered between 9am-5pm) or by email.
Do I need a Google account to access the consultation?
No, you should not need a Google account to join the meeting as a participant. You can join the consultation by clicking on the meeting link we email you.
How long does the interior design consultation last?
This consultation lasts around 30 minutes, but if we are discussing multiple rooms or a whole house the session is likely to take longer. The aim of the consultation is to give us the chance to discuss the brief and explore how we may be able to help you get the most of your project.
What do I need to do to prepare for the consultation
Ahead of the consultation, we will ask you to send us some information abut the property, along with any inspiration images you may have compiled on websites like Pinterest.
What if I need to cancel the consultation?
We completely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule our call. Please aim to give us as much notice as you possibly can.
