Testimonials

“Thank you again for all your help. We now have a fantastic and stunning home to live in and are eternally grateful for that!“

“We are utterly thrilled with Alison’s redesign of our living room and cannot recommend her services highly enough!

During Alison’s visit to measure up our living room for the scaled drawings, we had a lengthy consultation about what I was hoping to achieve with the space. Based on this discussion, she sent me two different layout options and a decorative scheme based on a favourite fabric of mine.

It was clear she had listened carefully to our needs, budget and time constraints, and her designs were not only beautiful, but made innovative use of the space and were practical to achieve within our budget”

Lindsay L – North West London

Whilst being mindful of budget Alison was able to source beautiful items and would arrive with car filled – it was very exciting! We are delighted with the end product. Thank you!”

“I gave Alison what I thought would be an impossible brief. To incorporate antique dark oak furniture into a bright and welcoming bedroom on a tight budget.

I found her very receptive to my preferences and the renders really helped me decide on the final design.

Thanks to her I now have a room that I love and that has been much admired by friends. I will definitely use her services again.“

“I got myself into a bit of a mess with my dining room and was completely stuck on how to make a wallpaper I loved actually work in the space. I was close to booking a Farrow & Ball colour consultant, but then I came across Alison and decided to find out more.

Alison was incredibly approachable and offered a free consultation, which I happily took up. From the very start it was clear she was a much better choice than a colour consultant – this wasn’t just about choosing paint colours, it was about the overall finished look and bringing everything together.

Her paint colour choices were perfect and worked beautifully with the wallpaper. She helped me think about the room as a whole, from furnishings to décor, and the items she sourced were absolutely spot on – really unique pieces that I never would have found myself. She also made every effort to work within my budget, which I really appreciated.

It’s now by far my favourite room in the house and I receive so many compliments from guests. I’m so glad I found Alison – she completely unstuck me and turned a room I was stressed about into one I genuinely love.“

Dre P – Surrey, Dining Room Project

“Alison was a huge help to us in redesigning our rather unusual L shaped lounge.
Her suggestions in terms of colours, fabrics and textures were spot on and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Cannot commend too highly.”

“I can’t recommend Alison’s services highly enough.

I own a modest home and was worried at first that Alison might find my small bedroom too modest for her skills, but she quickly put those fears to rest. I found the process (discussing what wanted, reviewing designs, discussing colours, themes etc) really enjoyable – and actually quite exciting.

My final bedroom surpassed my expectations – I absolutely love it, in particular the beautiful pieces of furniture that Alison found for me. I didn’t have a huge budget and some of the items she found were at a bargain price yet fabulous. She sourced a beautiful mirror for me second hand that is stunning and gave me loads of ideas (some outside my usual comfort zone) for finishing touches.

I hope to use Alison’s services again in the future.”

“Alison recently provided us with had a bedroom design consultation, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Alison made the process completely seamless, exciting and exactly tailored to our needs. She provided us with multiple sessions to completely learn our style preferences, work out a rough budget, and achieve our goals for the space, offering a variety of creative solutions that we would never had considered.

Her suggestions for potential layouts, colour palettes, and furniture selection were spot on. She even recommended a few cost-saving ideas for particular pieces while still achieving a high-end look. What I appreciated most was her ability to combine functionality with style, ensuring the room not only looked the part but also suited our space needs.

The follow-up material swatches and detailed shopping list, were extremely helpful with planning the next stages of the room design. If you’re looking to refresh your space or start a full redesign, I couldn’t recommend Alison’s services enough.“
